48-Hour Notification Requirement

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for any type of refund, return, or replacement.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

To be considered, your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You contacted us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided showing the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care

  • Items reported outside the 48-hour window

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing selection

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once processing has begun.
